Returns are only accepted under strict conditions to ensure product authenticity and customer transparency. To be eligible for a return, customers must record a complete unboxing video in the presence of the delivery person (open box delivery proof is mandatory). The product must be returned in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, the return request must be initiated on the same day of delivery. Any requests raised after the delivery day will not be accepted under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain fairness and quality assurance for all our customers.                                                     

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)        PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Cash on Delivery is available only for customers who properly sign up on our website with complete and accurate details. Please note that clicking on the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option does not confirm your order immediately. After placing the COD order, one of our team members will contact you via phone to verify and confirm the order.

This verification step is mandatory due to the high number of fake COD orders. Only after successful confirmation on the call, your order will be processed and dispatched.

⚠ Important:

If the order is delivered to your address and you refuse to accept it without any valid reason, it will be considered a violation of our policy. Such actions may result in a permanent block from placing future orders and could lead to legal action under applicable laws.

We request all customers to place COD orders responsibly and only if they are genuinely interested in receiving the product.
